- Design of Data & Communication network system (security monitoring and controlled access management system, satellite master antennae television system).
- Design and supervision of installations of lifts.
- Design and supervision of automatic Traffic management system
- Water supply consisting of borehole, water reticulation, pumping, fire hydrant, high level cold water storage tanks plumbing, Drainage layout and sanitary fittings and accessories
- Design & supervision of installations of Air Conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems
- Design and supervision of installations of kitchen & laundry equipment, LPG installations.
- Fire protection and suppression i.e. Portable water &CO2 fire extinguishers, sprinkler, hose reel dry and wet riser systems
- Rain water harvesting, storage and disposal.
- Swimming pool (green house harnessed energy) water fountain, sauna and steam bath.
